This Australian assembled mk2 MGB was restored by the previous owner in 2017/2018 keeping close to original specification with a few modern and crucial updates included for good measure.
It is a matching numbers vehicle with the ever-important overdrive and the Australian produced S&J hard top (a rare find on these MGB’s)

Upgraded alternator
Electronic ignition
Brake booster
Sports headers and exhaust (nice raspy note)
Hardened valve seats (can use regular unleaded)
15 inch chrome wire wheels
Rear boot carpet
Roll bar for extra security
 
The MGB presents in good usable condition with a few minor blemishes on the paint work from use – the interior presents well too. The S&J hardtop fits securely to the body though could do with a lite refurb on the paint. The pack-away hood however is in perfect condition.
Behind the wheel, the MGB drives well with a good solid feel and a nice exhaust note.
Whether gear includes the S&J hardtop, pack-away hood and tonneau cover.
 
Overall this is a great MGB for a weekend blast and inspection will not disappoint.
