This rare factory GS model Buick presents in nice unmolested order in its original colour of Azure Blue with black vinyl roof and black interior. The white stripe along the side accentuating the Rivieras seductive curves.
The restoration process has been very sympathetic to keep as much originality as feasibly possible. The cargo area shows original warning stickers while under the bonnet shows production quality chalk markings exemplifying the original pieces of the vehicle. The interior with seating for 6 presents in lovely original condition.
Under the bonnet is a matching numbers 455 V8 with 375hp on tap through the 3 speed automatic transmission. The engine has undergone a full rebuild including new 40 thou oversize pistons, new radiator, oil/water pump etc. Transmission, brakes and differential have also been serviced.
 
Evidence suggests that the Buick has only covered roughly 6000 miles since 1984 as evidenced by a service sticker indicating 68956 miles on the 31/10/1984.  
 
Getting behind the wheel of this luxurious muscle cruiser is a wonderful experience with a vast bonnet hiding the 455ci behemoth beneath.
