Typifying ‘Englishness’, this beautiful Morris Minor Traveller is ready to be enjoyed for your next Sunday drive.

This Morris Minor Traveller underwent a full restoration in 2019 by Traveller Timbers of Hull. During the restoration all of the rear woodwork was renewed with all new frames and doors, any rust removed and repaired with a full respray in teal blue, engine checked over and new unleaded head fitted as well as the clutch renewed. The braking system was also overhauled and new tires fitted. The interior was also completely renewed including seats, side panels, carpets and headlining. A few upgrades were added during the restoration including a front anti roll bar, front/rear shock telescopic absorbers, electronic ignition, and alternator were fitted for reliability and safety.

In the course of the restoration, the Morris can be seen in the background during the filming of series 2, episode 4 of the “Salvage Hunters” in its disassembled state with the new rear frame fitted. Here’s a link to the episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_AWh89sBXQ

This old Moggy is a pleasure to drive with many onlookers giving you a wave as you drive by; the 1098cc 4 cylinder engine giving plenty of usable power to cruise along with a nice bubble. Not often seen on roads today, this beautiful Traveller will be at the centre of any club run or Cars and Coffee.

Includes RWC and balance of QLD rego (if sold in QLD). Does not include customised plates “DEC49”
