Commonly found in either white, black or beige; the W123 Mercedes was the staple of brand – not often does a beautiful factory metallic blue, Australian delivered, one owner W123 come up for sale.
 
The 230e was the smaller offering of the W123 range with the M102 2.3L 4 cylinder Bosch fuel injected engine producing 134hp. It offered hard wearing but luxurious MB-Tex Vinyl, wood trim inserts, power steering, vacuum powered central locking system, air-conditioning, lumbar support in front seats including height adjustment and various other creature comforts found in much more expensive vehicles.
 
This Mercedes 230e was sold new in Sydney at Yorkstar Motors and then transported to Brisbane when the owner moved and has been in QLD ever since. It is in extraordinary condition for it’s age and km’s looking more like a car with 50,000km on the odo. The metallic paintwork gleams under the sun emphasising the cars lines and giving the impression of a more expensive vehicle. The engine pulls smoothly with it’s 134hp on tap through the 4 speed automatic gearbox. No creaks or rattles are prevalent while driving owing to Mercedes extreme over engineering at the time. The interior presents extremely well with no tears in the beige upholstery and extremely little wear, the air-conditioning system is fully operational as well. The Merc also comes with full log books from new, original Becker Radio cassette player and original Mercedes medical kit!
