1985 BMW 520i e28
 
A great vehicle to enter the world of classic European motoring or stylish daily driver.
 
The BMW e28 was the second generation of the BMW 5 series produced from 1981 to 1988 in which replaced the e12 BMW 5 series. They featured engines ranging from inline 4 to 6 cylinders up to 3.5L in capacity and full independent suspension all round - Macpherson struts at the front, semi-trailing arm design at the rear.
 
The 520i model was the midrange option with the 2 litre M20B20 fuel injected 6 cylinder engine producing about 127hp. The interior features manual height adjustable seating and manual windows negating any and all electrical faults that can plague older BMW’s.
 
This BMW, though with higher KM’s, is in good condition for her age with no rust evident and has been subjected to routine maintenance and mechanical repairs where needed (all receipts accounted for). The brakes have been upgraded to e35 specification with larger front disks and rear disks replacing the drums for extra safety. The interior is in very good condition, with only cracking on the dashboard (very common for these vehicles – has been covered by a dash mat).
