A great entry into Porsche ownership or to add to your collection, the 968 represents a slight departure from the more common models found such as the 924, 944, 928 and Boxster.
 
The Porsche 968 was the last iteration of the front engine entry model to Porsches line up replacing the 944 in 1991 until 1995 with about 20% of parts shared from the previous model but with visual cures from the previous model. The 968 had a frontal similarity to the 928 with round retractable headlights while leading towards the back showed it’s lineage from the 944 with a completely modernized rear end. The 968 came out with a revised version of the 944 engine in either a 3 litre inline 4 or a turbocharged variant found in the turbo S with either manual or Tiptronic auto. Many mechanical parts were carried over from the 944 and tweaked for better performance including the addition of Porsches VarioCam variable valve timing.
